1. Eligibility
1. Employer Sponsor: You’ll need a government approved employer willing to sponsor your visa. The employ sponsor will need to:
- Check they are eligible
- Apply to be a sponsor and provided the necessary documentation
- Undertake Labour Market Testing
- Demonstrate the genuineness of the position
- Pay the appropriate annual salary for the position which must be above 73,150 + Super
- Pay the government fees required to sponsor a Visa applicant. See more here.
2. Your occupation must be on the government’s core skills occupation list, and you need at least one years experience. Search on here and look for this search. Select Visa type 482.
3. You must meet the skills and English requirements.

3. Application Submission
